2. HXH Network Access

Access to the HXH Network is provided on an "as available" basis. Features may change, pause, or be removed at any time without prior notice.

3. User Conduct

• No illegal activity or abuse of platform systems.
• No impersonation, fraud, or identity manipulation.
• No attacks against servers, APIs, or network infrastructure.
• No harassment, threats, or malicious conduct.

4. Hanta Licenses

Hanta Licenses are digital identity credentials within the HXH ecosystem. Licenses may be revoked, restricted, or suspended for violations of these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All HXH branding, logos, artwork, UI systems, content, and designs belong to HantaXHanta unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited.

6. Tokens & Digital Assets

Any references to $HXH tokens, rankings, guild rewards, or digital assets are for ecosystem participation purposes only and do not represent financial guarantees.

7. Limitation of Liability

HantaXHanta is not responsible for losses, damages, downtime, account issues, or data interruptions arising from use of the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms or threatens the integrity of the HXH Network.

9. Updates

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
